We ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah via various methods, including USPS and FedEx. If an item is available for sale, it is in stock in our warehouse and will ship as soon as the payment processes, usually within 1 business day of your order.
Once shipped, orders typically take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Standard shipping is free for orders $75 and above—after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping are calculated—to destinations in the continental 48 US states.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Alexandra and the customer support team at Teton. The tent is amazingly designed and takes me about 20-30 minutes to assemble myself. After having it about four years the top T bar bent, possibly due to staking the base too tightly, or wind? Unfortunately if this bar bends it is not an easy fix. Then an unexpected and lucky break happened: I found the manual while cleaning out my room and saw the ***lifetime warranty*** offered by Teton. Still didn't believe it this day in age, but after emailing Teton, Alexandra sent me a replacement bar, totally free of charge. I really appreciate that. Thank you Teton, and thanks Alexandra!

We have used this tent for the past 4 years, two weeks out of the year. We love our tent and enjoy it greatly. Few things I would change. #1 make the tent pole bag slightly longer same for the tent peg bag. #2 Sell a canvas patch kit for the tent. Unfortunately while taking the tent down the center bar folded down instead of up and tore a hole in the canvas roof. #3 Perhaps you could sew in a thicker canvas center across the top from one tee across to the other side to prevent easy tares. I also see that the price on the tent has gone up at least 200$ dollars since we bought it, but you haven't made any improvements for the increase in cost. When you purchase the tent, you do need to waterproof the seams. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

The tent itself is pretty good. Zipper is bearable. These don’t hold up in desert conditions at all. SBS zip got through maybe 14 nights. Customer service said they’ll send a new body when they’re in stock, but it’s been two weeks with nothing. Decent stitching although lots of stray thread. Not the strongest thread on the floor especially. Easy setup and good canvas
