We ran the numbers, and 99.6% of our gear hits the trail year after year in adventure-ready condition. However, if you happen to find that your beloved new TETON Gear is in that 0.4% and not pulling its weight, we’ll make it right.
We guarantee our gear will be free of defects and misperformance for as long as you own the product. But if your gear bonks during the warranty period, our Customer Experience team is standing by to repair or replace it.
So what if your dog busts through your tent screen, a mouse burrows into your backpack to find that leftover granola bar, or your camper spontaneously bursts into flames and torches your sleeping bag? If the damage is due to accident, neglect, misuse, or an act of God, unfortunately that’s on you. (If your vehicle does spontaneously burst into flames, please contact us. We hope you’re safe and we'll do what we can to help replace your charred gear.)

Terms and Conditions
Grab your glasses, here comes the fine print:
This warranty is cheerfully applied to the original owner of any Teton gear product purchased new. For warranty claims outside of the continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses) shipping and any applicable duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty covers replacement parts or whole products at the discretion of TETON. Proof of purchase from TETON or an authorized retailer is required for all potential warranties. Products purchased used or through a third-party seller are not covered under warranty.
Registering the product is not necessary before submitting a warranty. Refunds are not provided as a part of our warranty; to be eligible for a refund, your order must meet our Return Policy.
Our warranty does not cover items that have lost their water repellency. In addition, neglect, misuse, and disregard of care instructions will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, machine washing a sleeping bag; extended use of canvas tents (more than 10 days at a time); mold, mildew, and/or canvas rot; sitting directly on a cot side rail; and exposure to abnormal weather conditions.
Note: TETON hydration bladders are guaranteed for one (1) year post-purchase.
Though our gear is made TETON tough, the sands of time come for us all in the end. Colors fade, fabric tears, poles snap or bend, and zippers malfunction. In the case that your damaged gear does not fall within the terms of this guarantee, we will provide replacement parts as applicable for a reasonable cost so you can love your gear longer and keep it out of the landfill.
