We’re confident you’ll love your gear—but if not, we’ve made returns simple.

Standard Returns
Products purchased directly from tetongear.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused, in resalable condition, and include original packaging and tags.

We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers or Amazon.

You can start a return or file a claim within 30 days of your purchase by visiting our portal HERE.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you added Free Returns + Package Protection (Redo) at checkout, your return label is free.
  • If Redo was not added, return shipping is paid by the customer and can be purchased through our return portal.

Shipping rates vary based on item weight, size, and return location.

Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025 are eligible for return through January 31, 2026. All standard return conditions still apply.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued once your item is received at our warehouse.
  • If you choose store credit, it will be issued once your return label is scanned.

Return Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return:

  • Item was purchased directly from tetongear.com within the last 30 days
  • Item is unused, clean, and in resalable condition
  • Tags and original packaging are included
  • Items returned dirty, damaged, or covered in pet hair will not be accepted

Final Sale Items

  • Replacement parts are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Sale-priced products are eligible for return if they meet the criteria above
  • We do not refund original shipping costs, taxes, or duties

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
If you added Redo Package Protection at checkout and your order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, you can file a Redo claim instead of a return. Claims are processed quickly to ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Received the Wrong Item?
If you ordered directly from TETON and received the wrong item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
