At TETON, we believe you’ll love our gear—but just in case you don’t, we offer no-hassle returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, resalable products purchased directly from our website.

For Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
If you purchased package protection (REDO) at checkout and your order arrives damaged, or if it’s lost or stolen in transit, you can file a REDO claim instead of starting a return. REDO claims are handled quickly and help ensure you receive a replacement or refund for situations outside your control.

You can start a return or file a claim within 30 days of your purchase by visiting our portal HERE.

If REDO Free Returns + Package Protection was added to your initial order, return labels are free of charge for up to 30 days from your purchase date on contiguous U.S. returns. If this item was not added to your order, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility to purchase through the portal. Return shipping rates are based on the weight, size, and return location of the item. 

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received back at our warehouse. If store credit is chosen for your return, the credit will be issued once the label has been scanned.

We know online shopping sometimes means returns, and we try to make it as easy as possible to return and exchange your gear.

To be accepted for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your item was purchased directly through tetongear.com within the last 30 days. We do not accept returns from any retailers or Amazon.
  • Your item is unused and in resalable condition, including tags attached and or box(es) with product repacked. Items returned in a less-than-resalable condition (dirty, damaged, covered in pet fur) will not be accepted. Sleeping bags and liners are considered personal items, like bedding, and used products are not returnable for reasons including cleanliness and hygiene.

Please note: All purchases of replacement parts for TETON gear are final. No returns will be accepted. TETON gladly accepts returns of sale-priced products.

We do not refund any original shipping costs, taxes, or duties that were paid with your order.

Wrong Item in Your Order – Let Us Help

If you ordered directly from TETON and received the wrong item, please let us know within 60 days of receiving your order. While we do our best to ensure that every order is packed correctly, mistakes can still occur, and we want to make it right.
