Teton Limited Lifetime Warranty

Teton products are built for a lifetime of outdoor experiences. Our warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of your gear. If an item you own breaks because of a manufacturing problem, our Customer Experience team will work with you to assess the issue and may provide support, replacement parts, and and full replacements as appropriate.  All outdoor gear naturally shows use over time. Common examples include fabric fading, seam tape peeling, and bent poles.  Normal wear and tear are not defects.  To maintain your gear and extend its life, please follow the care instructions for proper use, cleaning, and storage.

Please note, some products have limited coverage periods:

-Hydration bladders are covered for one year

-Teton Everyday products have a 90-day warranty.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase from Teton or an authorized retailer.
2. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or any damage caused by accidents, pets, severe weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. For warranty claims outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses, shipping and any duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns and refunds are not provided under this warranty. For refund inquiries, please refer to our Return Policy.
5. All warranty claims require capturing key information about you including your contact information.  This information may be used to contact you about your warranty request or for marketing purposes.  To opt out of these messages, please click here.

Teton Everyday Warranty

Our Teton Everyday products are crafted to deliver just what you need at a price you’ll love—no extra frills, but designed for practical performance and value. Teton Everyday products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects for 90 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty guarantees that your Teton Everyday gear will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the first 90 days. Should any manufacturer defects arise within this period, our Customer Experience team is here to help with a replacement part or a full replacement if needed.
