Why didn't I earn points for my order?
Please make sure you're logged in when placing your order. If you were logged in and your points still haven't appeared, contact our support team.
Do my points or discount codes expire?
No, points and discount codes do not expire.
My reward code is not working. What should I do?
Please make sure you're using your code with the same account you redeemed it from. If the issue continues, contact our support team with the discount code.
I redeemed my points but can't find my discount code.
You can find your discount code in the Redeem panel of your rewards account.
I returned or canceled an order. What happens to my points?
Points earned on that order will be automatically deducted from your account.
Can I use more than one reward or discount code on an order?
No — only one reward or discount code can be applied per order.
Can I use a reward on sale, clearance, or discounted items?
Yes.
Can I use a reward for free shipping?
We don't currently offer a free shipping reward, but all orders over $125 ship free.
I can't log in to my rewards account. How do I access it?
Your rewards account is linked to your Shopify login — use the same email and password you use to sign in to your Teton Gear account.
I referred a friend. When will I receive my referral reward?
You'll receive your referral coupon once your friend creates an account and places an order using your referral code.
My friend used my referral link, but I didn't receive credit.
Please contact our support team with your friend's email address (the one linked to their account) and their referral code.
Can I transfer points or rewards to another person?
No.
Can I change the email address connected to my rewards account?
Yes — simply update your email in your Teton Gear profile. Syncing isn't immediate, so please allow a few days for the change to reflect in your rewards account.
How do I leave the rewards program or delete my account?
Please request account deletion by contacting our support team.
