Depending on the product and available inventory, this may include troubleshooting guidance, a repair option, a replacement part, or a comparable replacement product. Exact replacement parts, products, and colors are not guaranteed.

This warranty is available to customers and orders within the United States only.

All outdoor gear naturally shows use over time. Common examples include fabric fading, seam tape peeling, and bent poles. Normal wear and tear are not defects. To maintain your gear and extend its life, please follow the care instructions for proper use, cleaning, and storage.

Please note that some products have limited coverage periods:

• Hydration bladders are covered for one year.
• Teton Everyday products have a 90-day warranty.

Terms and Conditions

1. This warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase from Teton or an authorized retailer.

2. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or any damage caused by accidents, pets, severe weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

3. This warranty is available to customers in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Teton does not offer warranty coverage for products purchased or owned outside the United States and its territories.

4. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims involving Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

5. Returns and refunds are not provided under this warranty. For refund inquiries, please refer to our Return Policy.

6. All warranty claims require capturing key information about you including your contact information. This information may be used to contact you about your warranty request or for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe anytime.
