At TETON we believe you'll love our gear, but just in case you don't we offer no-hassle returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, resalable products purchased directly from our website. Read on to learn more about the process or to start a return.

Please note: All purchases of replacement parts for TETON gear are final. No returns will be accepted. TETON gladly accepts returns of sale-priced products.

Did you not believe us when we told you how massive the Mammoth is? Did your partner tell you that you don't need another tent and now you have to send it back? (Even though we both know you do; it’s totally different than all your other tents.)

We know online shopping sometimes means returns, and we try to make it as easy as possible to return and exchange your gear. To be accepted for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your item was purchased directly through within the last 30 days.
  • Your item is unused and in resalable condition, including tags attached and or box(es) with product repacked. Items returned in a less-than-resalable condition (dirty, damaged, covered in pet fur) will not be accepted. Sleeping bags and liners are considered personal items, like bedding, and used products are not returnable for reasons including cleanliness and hygiene.

In most cases for U.S. purchases, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, we will send you a $8.99 flat rate return label which will be deducted from your refund, though we do offer free return labels for exchanges. If you need to return multiple orders, the $8.99 fee will be deducted for each order that is returned. We do not refund any original shipping costs, however we may offer you store credit or exchange that includes those shipping costs.

For Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii purchases, the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund any original shipping costs, taxes, or duties that were paid with your order.
