Shipping
When you place an order, you will get a confirmation email. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will email your tracking information to you. Your carrier can give you an estimated arrival date. Most carriers provide step-by-step updates if you request them.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when checking out.
We ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah via various methods, including USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Orders typically take an estimated 3 to 5 business days to arrive for U.S. orders. Orders for Canadian customers can take up to 10 business days to arrive dependant on location.
Please note that shipping times and costs may vary for Hawaii and Alaska, as they are not included in our standard shipping rates. Customers placing orders to these states may experience longer delivery times and additional shipping charges.
Free Shipping
Shopping carts totaling $75 and up, after discounts are applied and before shipping and tax are calculated, qualify for free standard ground shipping to the continental United States. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Once an order has been placed, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend/major holidays may experience slightly longer fulfillment times.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. Customers are responsible for the return label fee if canceling the order is requested after it has shipped.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available via FedEx for areas within the contiguous United States. Rates are based on product weight vs. destination.
Please note: Expedited shipping orders for in-stock items that have successfully processed and passed our payment security processes before 12 PM Mountain Time are shipped same day. Orders processed after this cut off will ship the following business day. Overnight shipping will deliver the following business day, excluding weekends.
We do not refund expedited shipping expenses from carrier delays.
International Shipping
At this time, Teton can only ship within the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec. Unfortunately, Teton cannot ship products anywhere else internationally due to high shipping costs and the likelihood that your gear will arrive damaged (due to improper handling). Please check other retailers of Teton gear such as Amazon, Amazon Australia, etc.
Pick-up Orders
Need your outdoor gear quickly? We offer a pick-up option at our Salt Lake City warehouse for orders placed through our website. Whether you're planning an adventure or a quick outdoor getaway, we've made it easy to grab the gear you need without waiting for shipping.
Please note that our warehouse is a dedicated pick-up location—there's no product showroom, and changes to orders, returns/exchanges, or additional purchases can't be made on-site.
Our Customer Experience team is available by phone or email if you have any questions, need to make adjustments to your order, or have any concerns about returns or exchanges.
You’ll receive an order confirmation after placing your order, followed by a “ready for pick-up” email, which will include all the details and instructions you need for a smooth pick-up experience. Orders are generally prepared within 24 hours, with same-day pick-up available for orders placed before 11 AM MST. Remember, pick-ups can only be done during the listed hours and not on weekends/holidays. Proof of your order confirmation and a valid ID are needed to pick up your order.

Friday: 8 AM – 12 PM MST
Sales Taxes
Teton currently collects sales taxes during checkout in the following states:

- Illinois
- Michigan
- Minnesota
- Utah
- Washington
Sales tax collection is based on a range of factors and can change throughout the year.
