Official Contest Rules

Important:  Please read these rules before entering this contest. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

  1. Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are residents of the United States. No purchase necessary to win.
  2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must submit a photo or video of a TETON Sports product in use or on display. The photo or video can be submitted using the form above. By submitting a photo, participants agree to our Media License Agreement. Entrants can submit up to five photos and/or videos. Each submission will count as one entry. Your submission(s) must be your original creation and owned one hundred percent (100%) by you.
  3. Entry Period: The contest is ongoing and winners are chosen and notified monthly.
  4. Determination of Winner: Winner will be chosen at random. Entrants are allowed up to five (5) submission per email address. Each submission will count as one (1) entry.
  5. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within three (3) days after the end of the contest. The winner will have three (3) days to respond and claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days, a new winner will be selected.
  6. Prize: The prize consists of a bundle of TETON Sports gear, which will be shipped to the winner's address provided at the time of entry. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  7. Ownership of Entries: By entering the contest, participants agree that TETON Sports may use their photo for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants retain ownership of their photos.
  8. Release of Liability: By participating in the contest, participants release TETON Sports from any liability arising from the contest, including any injury or damage to persons or property as a result of participation.
  9. Disqualification: TETON Sports reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  10. Modification or Termination: TETON Sports reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time, without notice, for any reason.
