We ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah via various methods, including USPS and FedEx. If an item is available for sale, it is in stock in our warehouse and will ship as soon as the payment processes, usually within 1 business day of your order.
Once shipped, orders typically take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Standard shipping is free for orders $75 and above—after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping are calculated—to destinations in the continental 48 US states.
When you place an order, you will get a confirmation email. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will email your tracking information to you. Your carrier can give you an estimated arrival date. Most carriers provide step-by-step updates if you request them.
Express shipping is available via FedEx. Rates are calculated by package weight and destination. These options and their rates will be available during checkout.

This seems like a nice pack, and I love Teton gear. But, I’m a bigger guy around the middle, and this waist belt is NOT 51” as the specs indicate. It’s actually about 45”. Teton’s top-notch customer service offered to send me buckles for free if I wanted to make my own extension, but I’ll just end up returning the pack.

Ive been backpacking my entire life, and alls I've gotten so far is hand me down gear from my dad. This is the first pack I've bought as an adult and I'm pretty happy with it overall.

Hi I love the pack, all my gear fits easily. The only question I have is I’m a bigger guy and the lumbar strap across the belly area is a little short. Do y’all make a extender or a longer belt I can purchase
Teton Gear2 years agoHi Aaron! We're so glad that you love your pack. We typically send 1.5" webbing and a male and female buckle for waistbelt extenders. However, we are currently out of stock in the 1.5" webbing. We do have the buckles in stock if you'd like to purchase those. The webbing can be purchased on Amazon. I just did my second trip with the Hiker 3700 and I was quite pleased. The adjustable torso and load lifters make a huge difference. I was loaded with a total of 35 lbs. of gear, food and water and I felt quite comfortable. I had to do rock and boulder scrambles and had no difficulties while wearing this pack. I wish that a few things were a little different on this pack. The pouch on the right hip belt is a little too small. another 25% increase should do the trick. Also the two zip pockets on the pack could also be a bit bigger. Not much bigger but 10-15% more would do it. All in all the pack was great, especially for the money.

I am 43 and this is my first review. I love this backpack. I take my two younger daughters out backpacking. I use high quality sleeping bags not 5lb walmart versions, but I fit 3 sleeping bags 3 sleeping pads cook set up stove food. All of our gear for an over the night trip for 3 people on this BP. I have to use the brain to hold the tent on top and the straps on the bottom to hold a sleeping pad but it holds all of our gear for 3 people!!! I just need to see if Teton can make my legs, back, and lung capacity better. If you have kids and you need to carry extra gear this is for you. Again I never write reviews but I wanted Moms/Dads to know this is an awesome choice. Have fun out there.
