We ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah via various methods, including USPS and FedEx. If an item is available for sale, it is in stock in our warehouse and will ship as soon as the payment processes, usually within 1 business day of your order.
Once shipped, orders typically take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Standard shipping is free for orders $75 and above—after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping are calculated—to destinations in the continental 48 US states.
When you place an order, you will get a confirmation email. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will email your tracking information to you. Your carrier can give you an estimated arrival date. Most carriers provide step-by-step updates if you request them.
Express shipping is available via FedEx. Rates are calculated by package weight and destination. These options and their rates will be available during checkout.

I'm just about 400lbs and the pad worked well for me this past weekend in NY snowstorm. my only complaint is the width. it would be awesome as a 25" as it's not really rated for winter i had to pair it with a foam pad and the Celsius xxl 0 degree sleeping bag and synthetic liner but other than that it was a great night sleep.

I really like this sleeping pad. I was told to ensure I have a good nights sleep or my trips will really be afftected. This pad does a great job of being easy to inflate/deflate, and once fully inflated you can easily take a little air out to help customize.

Just got back from a week long backpacking trip with my son. I purchased this for him because we love the Teton brand and I didn't feel he needed anything with an extreme insulation rating. After the first night I found time to nap on my son's sleep system and traded him pads the rest of the trip. Very comfortable despite being more narrow than I usually prefer. Definitely preferred it over my much more expensive pad for this warm weather trip.

Wow, what a product! It is easy to inflate. I thought it would take me forever to blow up but it didn't. At one point my friend and I were on top of it (she was comforting me, I wasn't feeling well) and another friend was leaning on the front part a bit. I for sure thought it would pop but it didn't! It deflated a bit but I mean 3ish people on it... I wouldn't expect any less. I haven't had any issues with it after. Money well spent.
