I based my purchase of this tent on the reviews of a YouTube reviewer. He was mostly right. Fit and finish are excellent. The size is perfect for one person. He didn't think that the end areas provided enough air flow and I disagree with him. The front and back provide sufficient airflow. Also the vents help. The stakes supplied are Shephard style steel and I replaced them with with the stakes from my old MSR Zoid 1. They are Aluminium and square in profile. They are indestructable. I spent 3 nights in this tent and it rained 2 out of the 3 nights. No leaks and condensation was minimal. Tip: set the tent up with the front (black loop) corner facing the wind. This makes it possible to to keep the front loop open with precipitation. The bottom of the rain fly then provides the most air intake. One person tents are ALWAYS condensation traps. This one manages my vapor output well. I am 5'7" and can sit up with ease without contacting the fly. The shape of this tent is perfect. The setup and takedown of the tent is as easy as can be. Would I buy it again? In a minute. I would recomment this high quality tent to friends and Family!

This is the second Ultra 1 Person tent I have purchased. I bought my first one 7 years ago and it's still in great shape. I easily have more than a hundred nights in this tent. Most of my camping is on the shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Superior. It's held up well to high winds and dumping rain. At around 3 and 1/2 pounds some my think its to heavy but it's extremally durable. Because it's performed so well, I purchased this one for my son who will being spending the summer working for the Montana Conservation Core.

Wind was kicking some big gusts of wind, but anchored down it never had a problem. had just enough room for 1 person but that's what I bought it for.

Simply amazing! I love this tent, it has so much ventilation and good room for one person. Plus, you can shove it in your pack if you don't want to pack it in its original bag. Just awesome! I'm a Teton Sports guy for sure.

I love this tent. I got this tent specifically for the size. I took the MOUNTAIN ULTRA on a 5-day river trip in Southern Utah and it worked perfectly. I'm 6' 1" and there was plenty of room for me and all of my gear. I even had several of the other people on the trip ask me about where I got it.

This tent is awesome. I've had it set up in a thunderstorm all day and not one drop of water inside. We're under a flash flood warning! Haha. It breathes really well, too! Easy to set up, plenty light enough for me. I'll probably replace the stakes with something sturdier. The mesh kinda sags inward but I'll see what it does when I put my pad in there. Definitely would like to have an OD green fly, if you Teton ladies and gents read this! I'd buy just the fly to have it.
