This little backpack is the right amount of space for the average day hike. It’s beefed up with the straps (read support) of a larger pack, but lightweight for just the items I needed. Great little pack that holds a hydration pack, feels light on the back and holds what you need.

I've worn this pack for about 12 miles now. It's a great pack! I like the pockets, compartments, and features. It has plenty of room for day trips and I believe it can be used for very light overnight trips. It seems to be well constructed and feels like it will hold up well.
I'd say that if you are taller than 5'11" or have a longer torso the waist belt may sit too high on you.

Nice pack but the weight on my kitchen scales (very accurate) shows 2 lb 3.5 oz. with out the rainfly and sales tag weight. Not sure how they could have gotten 1.8 lbs. (1lb 12.8 oz.)

This is the perfect size for taking on hiking trips in the woods! I love how comfortable it feels!
